Wash Programmes
This dial lets you select the right cycle for your laundry:
Quick 15/30 min: A very short cycle for lightly soiled or small loads.
Steam/Anti Bacteria: Uses steam to reduce creasing and kill bacteria. Recommended for items like shirts (see Steam Cycle note below).
Freshen Up: A quick cycle to remove odors from clothes that aren’t dirty.
Shirts: A special cycle designed to minimize creasing on shirts.
Jeans/Dark Wash: A gentle cycle with higher water levels to protect the color of dark fabrics and denim.
Sportswear: For washing performance fabrics used in sports.
Spin/Drain: Use this to run a spin cycle to remove water, or to drain the machine if it is full of water.
Cotton & Cotton 60° Label: For durable cotton items. The “60° Label” cycle is the most efficient for standard cotton laundry.
Synthetics: For synthetic or blended fabrics.
Mix Load: A cycle that balances washing action for a mixed load of different fabrics.
Delicates/Silk: A very gentle cycle for delicate items and silk.
Wool: A specially designed cycle for machine-washable wool to prevent shrinkage.
Drum Descale: This is a maintenance cycle to clean the inside of the drum and remove limescale. Use it when prompted or periodically.
